All WCSC Facilities will be open July 3, but closed Saturday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day. Normal hours resume Monday, July 6.

All WCSC Facilities will be closed September 7 in observance of Labor Day. Normal hours resume September 8. 

All WCSC Facilities will be closed November 26 in observance of Thanksgiving Day. Normal hours resume Friday, November 27. 

All WCSC Facilities will be open until noon on December 24 and CLOSED December 25. Normal hours resume on December 26. 

All WCSC Facilities will be closed Friday, January 1 in observance of New Year's Day. Normal hours resume January 2. 

Heads Up! All Waste Commission facilities will close at noon on Tuesday, December 16, for staff development. Normal hours resume on Wednesday, December 17.

WCSC Facilities open regular hours on Friday, April 3. The Scott Area Landfill will be closed Saturday, April 4 in observance of Easter. Normal hours resume April 6, 2026.

Due to strong winds, the Scott Area Landfill will close at 10 am on Wednesday, November 26th. Normal hours resume on Friday, November 28th, 7 am - 3:30 pm.

Attention: Concrete repair occurring on Scott Area Landfill's main driveway from 7/24-7/27.

Traffic will be reduced to one lane. Watch for flaggers directing traffic during the repair.
