Drop-off Recycling

The Scott County Board of Supervisors, Scott County Health Department, City of Davenport and Waste Commission of Scott County provide recycling drop-off boxes for residents who do not have access to curbside recycling. Drop-off Recycling Locations

Centennial Park Drop-Off Recycling Center: 202 S. Marquette St., Davenport. Open 24/7. [see map]

West Lake Park: Gate 2 County Road Y-48, Davenport. Open park hours. [see map]

Scott County Park: 1/2 mi. E. of Main Park Entrance, near Park View. Open park hours. [see map]

Pleasant Valley Site At Allied Waste: 1 mile east of Arconic off Hwy. 67. Open 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m. weekdays and 7 a.m.-noon Saturday. [see map]

Scott Area Recycling Center: 5640 Carey Avenue, Davenport. Open 24/7. [see map]

Scott Area Landfill: County Road Y48, Buffalo. Open 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Saturday. [see map] 

    Illegal Dumping: If drop-off boxes are full, please do not leave items outside of or next to bins, as it leads to litter and pest control issues. Call 563-381-1300 to report full bins.


    Call 1-888-NOLITTR to report illegal dumping that has occurred. If you witness someone dumping material illegally, write down the license plate number and vehicle description and call 911 as soon as possible.

    No Scavenging! Digging through containers at any recycling site is not permitted for health and safety reasons.
