The following household hazardous material does not require an appointment.

Oil, Oil Filters and Antifreeze Oil, oil filters and antifreeze can be recycled at the Scott Area Recycling Center, 5640 Carey Avenue, Davenport during daylight hours. Containers are located under the tan metal lean-to shed in the parking lot. These items can also be recycled at the Scott Area Landfill between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday. Drive on to the scale and enter the office for directions to appropriate recycling area. « Go Back
