Hazardous Material (CESQG)

Waste Commission of Scott County is able to accept hazardous waste from businesses determined to be a Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generator (CESQG). A CESQG is a business that generates no more than 220 pounds of hazardous waste per month and stores no more than 2,200 pounds on site at any one time.

A Certification Form must be completed prior to the hazardous waste arriving for disposal. You may fill out the Certification Form Online or download it as a pdf. Other resources you'll need include a Price List, and information about proper Transportation of Hazardous Waste. The facility is open by appointment only, so please call to arrange an appointment time. Typically, appointments are made Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
